Archive of minutes of TARA meetings (regular monthly, yearly like the Annual General Meeting, and extraordinary) as well as minutes of meetings with other groups such as (not-so-quarterly) City South Manchester (CSM, our landlord) meetings.
We used to publish meeting notes after agreeing them at the following month’s meeting. This meant an entire month’s delay before residents could read and comment on minutes, and hence two months before issues got addressed.
Since 2016, we publish our draft minutes quickly after the actual meeting: this means the minutes may contain mistakes (as they have not yet been proof-read and agreed as correct) but they are available to residents much quicker now for commenting on.
We think quick availability is more valuable than perfect minutes! Please send errors, broken links or comments to tara@redbricks.org
