What kind of public art do you want to see on Hulme Street?
29 November, 5.30-7.30pm at the tenants and residents office, 26a Humberstone Avenue (up the sloping path by the bike shed). Just turn up anytime.
Please come and vote for the artist who will work on the new Hulme Street. Look at artists’ ideas, talk to them, see their previous work, make up your mind who you like best.
The chosen artist will work with the community on the final designs in a number of workshops in 2013.
For more information about the artists who have sent expressions of interest please have a look at their websites: Karen Allerton, Tracey Cartledge and Ultimate Holding Company. They will all be coming on 29 Nov to talk to you about their ideas.
If you can’t make it to Proctors please vote by phoning Helen Matthews at City South Manchester on 0800 840 1444 or email Helen at helen.matthews@citysouthmanchester.co.uk by 4pm on 30 November 2012.
